Returns

Domestic orders:

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase at coquilledesoi.com but if you need to return an item, you have 14 days to do so. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received a defective or incorrect item, etc.). In all other cases, you are responsible for return shipping. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label and subtract shipping costs (both ways) from you refund, in addition to a 15% restocking fee. The only exception to this policy is the Acrylic Vé bench, which is nonreturnable.

If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

International orders:

There are no returns for international orders.

Packages that are refused upon delivery will be treated as domestic returns and the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs, including return shipping, as well as a 15% restocking fee.
